Greencastle, Ind. - Craig Lippincott scored three goals, while Evan Shook added two and assisted on two others as DePauw rolled to a 9-1 Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference win over visiting Millsaps. DePauw improved to 4-2 overall and 1-0 in the SCAC, while the Majors fell to 2-4-1 overall and 0-3 in the SCAC.
Lippincott scored the first goal on an assist from Shook before the Tigers reeled off three goals in a span of just 46 seconds. Andy Penalva, Lippincott and Shook each found the back of the net to make it 4-0.
The Tigers made it 7-0 with two more Lippincott scores sandwiching a Shook score. Millsaps' Lee Pharr put the Majors on the board at 63:26 before Danny Antle and Shane O'Connell closed out the scoring.
DePauw outshot Millsaps 41-5 and held a 10-3 advantage in corners.
The Tigers return to action on Sunday when they host Oglethorpe at noon.
