Davis Federspiel put the Tigers ahead at 27:11 on an assist from Kim Schreiner before Wittenberg tied the contest just 42 seconds into the second half on Lisa Rusch's goal. Tory Pavlovich's header off of Mary Beth Robinson's assist gave the hosts the 2-1 advantage at 60:52. Wittenberg forced the overtime on Amanda Farrell's goal with just under 10 minutes remaining in regulation.
DePauw outshot Wittenberg 16-7 and held an 18-3 advantage in corner kicks.
