GREENCASTLE, Ind. - Andy Penalva scored an unassisted goal just 6:55 into the game to give host DePauw a 1-0 Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference victory over Hendrix at Boswell Field. DePauw improved to 6-3-1 overall and 3-1-1 in the SCAC, while the Warriors dropped to 2-8 overall and 0-5 in SCAC play.

The Tigers outshot Hendrix 18-7 and held an 8-3 advantage in corners. Kyle Clemens recorded his third shutout of the season and totaled three saves. Kyle Beene saved two goals for Hendrix before leaving late in the first half due to injury and Gary Berner also had two saves in relief.

DePauw hosts Rhodes College on Sunday at noon.
