GREENCASTLE, Ind. - Craig Lippincott scored with 12:19 left in regulation to tie the score and force an overtime against visiting Macalester in a game that ended in a 3-3 tie after two overtimes. The Tigers are now 6-7-2, while the Scots are 8-6-2.
Blake Porter put the Tigers ahead just 8:49 into the game, before Macalester countered just 22 seconds later on Brendan Viele's goal. Andrew Wissler gave Macalester the lead at 32:53 before DePauw's Evan Shook knotted the score with an assist from Mario Ingraffia at 33:31.
Viele scored his second gaol at 60:51 to put the Scots ahead 3-2 before Lippincott evened the score 17 minutes later.
DePauw outshot Macalester 15-7 and hled a 10-4 advantage in corners. Kyle Clemens recorded seven saves for the Tigers, while Ryan Palmer had two for the Scots.
The Tigers finish the season with an SCAC contest at Rose-Hulman on Saturday, November 6.
