The Tigers went to 4-4 on the season with a fifth-place finish at the Hanover Invitational. DePauw split its four matches over the weekend.

DePauw opened with a 30-18, 30-21, 30-20 win over Transylvania on Friday before falling to Thomas More 30-23, 25-30, 26-30, 19-30. On Saturday, the Tigers opened with an 18-30, 30-32, 28-30 loss to eventual touornament champion Indiana-Southeast before defeating Hanover in the fifth-place match 30-23, 30-9, 30-18.

The Tigers return to action on Wednesday when they host Wheaton (Ill.) at 6 p.m.
