The Tigers dropped to 11-7 on the season after a 3-0 loss to visiting Mount St. Joseph. The Lions, ranked ninth in the latest Division III polls, improved to 19-1 with the victory. Mount St. Joseph won by scores of 30-23, 30-19 and 30-18.
Ali Pinkston and Sunny Schaeuble each recorded eight kills for the Tigers, while Michelle King led the way with 19 assists. Renee Meyrose finished with 16 digs and Lauren Bohlander added 12 in the loss. Schaueble led DePauw with four total blocks.
The Tigers return to action on Friday when they travel to Rhodes to compete in the first of two Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference Cross-Divisional tournaments.
