The Tigers dropped to 9-5 on the season following a 4-1 loss at Wooster. The Scots improved to 14-5 with the victory.
Ashley Hecker put Wooster ahead with 23:34 left in the first half with an unassisted goal before Erin Dodd knotted the score at 1-1 with 18 minutes remaining in the half on an assist from Becca Gaines.
Katy Baron, Lindsay Tingley and Anlyn Addis all scored unassisted goals in a 16-minute span of the second half to give Wooster the win.
Wooster outshot the Tigers 28-6 and held a 12-2 advantage in corners.
DePauw travels to Oberlin on Saturday for a 1 p.m. EDT contest.
