Naperville, Ill. - Sophomore Kyle Mackey was DePauw's lone competitor at North Central College's Gregory Invitational and placed second in the pole vault.

Mackey was successful on his final attempt at 4.78 meters (15-8.25) which was the second-best outdoor vault in DePauw history behind Alan Hill's 16-1 in 1981. Brock McAnally of Monmouth won the event at 4.93 meters (16-2).
