Melson Swims Lifetime Best in 100 Butterfly

Greensboro, N.C. - Anya Melson (So., Wheaton, Ill./Homeschooled/US Performance Academy) competed in the 100-yard butterfly on the second day of the NCAA Division III Swimming and Diving Championships and finished with a personal-best of 58.96 seconds.

Melson placed 47th in the field and her time ranks seventh on DePauw's all-time list.

Melson will compete in the 100-yard backstroke tomorrow.
