Tigers Finish Third at NCAC Championships; Monnett is Runner-Up

Terre Haute, Ind. - Paced by three all-conference performances including a runner-up finish, DePauw totaled 88 points and finished third at the 2016 North Coast Athletic Conference Cross Country Championships. Allegheny won with 47 points, while Oberlin was second with 60.

Claudia Monnett placed second in 22:04.2 to earn first team honors after a third-place showing last year, while Lois Miller made the second team with an 11th-place showing in 23:38.6. Becca Conley was an honorable mention runner for the third straight year after finishing 20th in 24:03.4.

Sarah Selzer placed 24th in 24:21.9 followed by Gabby Coffing in 31st in 24:53.5, Haley Thompson in 35th in 25:05.1 and Grace Cook in 36th in 25:06.3.

Ohio Wesleyan's Sarah Fowler was the individual winner in 21:51.8.

DePauw returns to action on Saturday, November 12, at the NCAA Division III Great Lakes Regional in Holland, Michigan.
