Granville, Ohio - DePauw dropped the opening set of its North Coast Athletic Conference match at Denison, but the Tigers came back to win the final three for a 3-1 (23-25, 25-19, 25-16, 25-17) win.
DePauw improved to 19-4 overall and finished NCAC play at 7-1, while Denison dropped to 10-14 overall and 3-4 in the conference.
Suzanne Peters led DePauw with 12 kills, while Elisabeth Wilson and Gabi Allread each added 10. Leah Reinfranck paced the Big Red with 13 kills. DePauw held a 54-42 edge in kills and outhit Denison .262-.124.
Keegan Kollias led DePauw with 44 assists, while Julia Miller had 17 for Denison. The Tigers had 12 service aces to the Big Red's six as Peters, Emily Beckes and Kaylee Nichols each totaled three. Kaileigh Poe had three for Denison.
Rachael Lenderman had a team-high 27 digs for the Tigers with Kristin Thewes leading Denison with 28, DePauw totaled 12 blocks with Wilson recording one solo and six assists. Isabella Pivec had three block assists for Denison as the Big Red finished with four as a team.
DePauw travels to Illinois Wesleyan on Friday, October 28, for a 7:30 p.m. CDT match.
