Tigers Move to 5-1 with Pair of 3-0 Wins

Bluffton, Ohio - DePauw pushed its record to 5-1 after blanking Heidelberg and Bluffton by 3-0 scores at Bluffton's Sommer Center Spiketackular.

In the Heidelberg match, the Tigers hit .289 with Suzanne Peters leading with 13 kills followed by Morgan Stearley with 12 and Elisabeth Wilson with 11. Keegan Kollias assisted on 32 of DePauw's 47 kills, while Emily Beckes totaled three service aces.

Five Tigers posted double-digit dig totals led by Rachael Lenderman's 18, while Wilson paced the team with two block solos and one block assist.

DePauw hit .279 against Bluffton with the Beavers hitting just .138. Gabi Allread recorded a team-high 12 kills with Peters adding 10. Kollias had 28 assists and Lenderman led with three aces.

Beckes paced the squad with 13 digs, while Wilson finished with seven block assists.

The Tigers return to action tomorrow with matches against Ohio Northern and Geneva.
