Tigers Drop to 1-1 after 3-0 Defeat at Ohio Northern

Ada, Ohio - DePauw took to the road for the first time this season and dropped a 3-0 (25-16, 25-18, 25-20) decision at Ohio Northern. Both teams are now 1-1 on the season.

DePauw hit just .079 for the match to the Polar Bears' .221 and the Tigers were paced by Lauren Falotico's nine kills. Faith Rolwes assisted on 24 of DePauw's 33 kills, while Keely McGrath led with 15 digs. Elisabeth Wilson recorded five block assists in the loss.

Haley Potters led Ohio Northern with 12 kills with Ashley Borchers assisting on 35 of the Polar Bears' 42 kills. Michaela Sharlow and Megan Nieszala each finished with two service aces with Nieszala leading with 25 digs. Kaitlann Hogrefe placed the hosts with two block solos and three block assists.

DePauw travels to Bluffton tomorrow for a 10 a.m. match with Alma and a 2 p.m. showdown with the hosts.
