DePauw Defeats Indiana Wesleyan in Home Opener

Greencastle, Ind. - DePauw opened the home portion of its season with a 160-118 win over Indiana Wesleyan at Erdmann Natatorium. DePauw moved to 1-1, while Indiana Wesleyan dropped to 1-1 .

Rachel Graves picked up a pair of firsts in the 1000-yard freestyle (11:06.56) and the 100 free (54.59).

Katherine Douglas was also a double-winner in diving after totaling 212.60 points on the 1-meter board and 181.05 in 3-meter competition.

Other DePauw winners included Allison Lund (100 backstroke, 1:02.24), Ali Tallen (200 butterfly, 2:14.64), Olivia Neff (50 free, 25.18), Marihelen Gallagher (200 backstroke, 2:18.98) and Mary Woods (100 fly, 59.40).

The Tigers return to action November 17-18 at the Phoenix Fall Classic at University of Chicago.
