Shea Davisson Named Women's Swimming and Diving Coach and Aquatics Director

Greencastle, Ind. - Shea Davisson, head men's and women's swimming and diving coach at Olivet College, has been named DePauw's head women's swimming and diving coach and aquatics director.

Davisson has served as Olivet's head men's and women's swimming and diving coach since June 2014. Prior to that, she was assistant men's and women's swimming coach at Southwestern (Texas) University for three years.

A 2008 graduate of The College of Wooster, Davisson earned a Bachelor of Arts in psychology. She was a four-year varsity letter winner for the Fighting Scots. Upon graduation, Davisson was the assistant swimming coach at Moon Valley Aquatic club in Phoenix, Ariz.

The West Lafayette, Ind., native then earned a Master of Science degree in kinesiology with a focus in sports psychology and motor behavior from the University of Tennessee where she also served as a graduate assistant in the Thornton Athletics Student Life Center.
