Normal, Ill. - Larisa Luloff shot an opening-round 77 and led 12th-ranked DePauw to a team score of 318 and third place after the first of two rounds of Illinois Wesleyan's Kathy Niepagen Spring Fling. Illinois Wesleyan leads with a 309 and Huntingdon is second at 314.

Luloff finished the opening round with a pair of birdies and nine pars and is tied for fifth. Anna Foley is tied for 14th at 79 following a round that included one birdie and nine pars.

Rachele Miller and Tarinni Sameer Kakar are tied for 21st at 81 and Allison Miller is tied for 42nd with an 84. Playing as individuals, Danielle Smith is tied for 33rd at 83 and Cristal Chan is tied for 51st with an 87.

Illinois Wesleyan's Rylie Loux leads the field with a 73.

The second and final round at Ironwood Golf Course is set for Sunday.
