DePauw Finishes Second at NCAC Championships; Batt and Christian Post Top-Four Finishes

Terre Haute, Ind. - Led by four all-conference finishes including two first-team performances, DePauw totaled 54 points and finished second at the 2016 North Coast Athletic Conference Championships. Allegheny won its second straight title with 44 points and Wabash was third with 58.

Zach Batt paced the Tigers with a second-place showing in 25:36.9, while Paul Christian was fourth in 25:43.1. 
Polo Burguete earned second team all-NCAC honors by finishing eighth in 26:08.8, while Pierce Sheehan was honorable mention in 17th place in 26:53.0.

Nick Meszaros followed in 23rd place at 27:26.5, while Cole Martin was 31st in 27:46.5 and Kyle Munz 35th in 28:03.6.
Allegheny's Dan Cheung was the individual winner in 25:17.7.

DePauw returns to action on Saturday, November 12, at the NCAA Division III Great Lakes Regional in Holland, Michigan.
