Tigers Finish Fourth at Oberlin Inter-Regional Rumble; Christian Places Fourth

Oberlin, Ohio - Led by Paul Christian's fourth-place showing, DePauw finished fourth among 32 teams at Oberlin College's Inter-Region Rumble. Carnegie Mellon won with 75 points, followed by Mount Union (123) and Wabash (137). The Tigers and Washington and Lee each totaled 160, but DePauw won the tiebreaker for fourth.

Christian covered the 8,000-meter course in 24:53.2, while Polo Burguete was 12th in 25:07.6. Zach Batt placed 16th in 25:11.1 followed by Nick Meszaros in 51st in 25:59.2, Pierce Sheehan in 80th (26:28.0), Josse Smith in 88th (26:36.1) and Cole Martin in 130th (27:05.6). Nathaniel Reed rounded out the lineup in 27:26.7.

Mason McKinney of Wabash was the overall winner in 24:41.3.
