Lehmann Caps Career with 13th Place Finish in 100 Free

Greensboro, N.C. - DePauw senior Blake Lehmann capped off his collegiate career with an honorable mention all-America performance in the 100-yard freestyle at the NCAA Division III Swimming and Diving Championships.

Lehmann, who tied for 10th in the prelims in 44.88 seconds, finished 13th in the finals in 45.01 seconds. in the four-day Championships he also collected all-America honors with a fourth-place finish in the 100 butterfly and an eighth-place showing in the 50 free.

Earlier in the prelims, Mitchell Davis was 31st in the 200 breaststroke in 2:06.92, while the 400 free relay of Kurt Swieter, Adam Pircon, Alex Grissom and Lehmann was 19th in 3:04.53.

As a team, the Tigers totaled 45 points and finished 22nd.
