Tigers Sink Lone Goal in Win

The DePauw men's soccer team got back in the win column Wednesday with a 1-0 victory over Rose-Hulman.

It took 73:51 for the game-winner to be scored, but Julian Gonzalez did just that. Off a pass from Zach Hoffman, Gonzalez's shot deflected off the keeper for the game's lone goal.

DePauw outshot the Fighting Engineers 7-6 and only had two shots on goal. However, it was two more than Rose-Hulman, who could not record a shot on goal against keeper Harrison Glover.

DePauw improves to 4-1-2 overall, and Rose-Hulman drops to 4-4. The Tigers head to Oberlin on Saturday for their first North Coast Athletic Conference matchup.
