Dauw Named NCAC Men’s Lacrosse Player of the Week
Freshman Matthew Dauw (Canoga Park, Calif.) got his collegiate career off to a hot start and three games into the season was awarded with his first North Coast Athletic Conference Men's Lacrosse Player of the Week honor.

Dauw led the Tigers to a 12-9 win at Cornell College on Saturday where he was involved in five of the Tigers' 12 goals. He recorded his first collegiate hat trick and also added two assists.

The freshman also collected five ground balls and caused one turnover. For the season, he leads the Tigers with seven goals, five assists and 12 points. He has scored at least two goals in each game this season as the Tigers sit at 2-1 overall.

The Tigers travel to Calvin on Saturday.
