Ticketing - Faculty, Staff and Students

Faculty, staff and students at DePauw are provided one free ticket to the Monon Bell Game.  To retrieve your free ticket, you must follow these instructions by Monday, October 2 at 7am EDT;  after this time, all tickets will be made available for general sales and the free ticket code will no longer work.  

  • Beginning at 8am on Thursday, September 14, login to e-services and in the menu on the left, select ‘Brown Paper Bag Ticket Codes', record the ticket code.

  • Go to the ticket site at DePauw2017MononBellGame.brownpapertickets.com.  Have your free ticket code handy.  You may only secure your free ticket during this transaction.   

  • Follow the instructions on the page, making sure to enter your ticket code to receive your free ticket.  The name on your free ticket must match the name on your DePauw ID; you will not be able to “give” your free ticket to anyone.  

  • Print your ticket and bring it, along with your DePauw ID, to the Monon Bell game on Saturday, November 11.  Gates open at 11:30am.  You will need to show your DePauw ID at the gate with your free ticket.  Names on the DePauw ID and ticket must match (like when you go through airport screening).

  • Additional tickets can be purchased at this same site - DePauw2017MononBellGame.brownpapertickets.com - beginning on Monday, October 2, 10am EDT.  You will be limited to purchasing eight (8) tickets in each transaction.  Tickets are $20 each plus a service fee.  Gates will open at 11:30am.  

  • As a reminder, your free ticket and any tickets purchased through this site are for access to the DePauw side only.

As a reminder, the name on the free ticket must match your DePauw ID and you must show your DePauw ID at the gate with your ticket.  You will not be able to “give” your free ticket to anyone to use.  

Ticketing - General Admission DePauw side only

Tickets will be available beginning at 10am EDT on Monday, October 2.  To purchase your tickets, follow these instructions:

Ticketing - General Admission Wabash side only

Bag Policy Inside Blackstock Stadium

DePauw strongly encourages fans to not bring any type of bags into Blackstock Stadium.  The following items are permissible:  bags that are clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 12" x 6" x 12.", or one-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or similar); small clutch bags, approximately the size of a hand, with or without a handle or strap can be taken into the stadium with one of the clear plastic bags.  Exceptions for guests with infants and those with medical conditions will be made after proper inspection by Security.

Prohibited items include, but are not limited to: purses larger than a clutch bag, coolers, briefcases, backpacks, fanny packs, cinch bags, luggage of any kind, computer bags and camera bags or any bag larger than the permissible size.  No alcohol is permitted inside the venue.  Any liquid must be in a factory sealed container.  

Fans will continue to be able to carry items allowed into the stadium, such as binoculars, cameras, and cell-phones.

Sportsmanship Statement

The NCAA, DePauw University and the North Coast Athletic Conference promote good sportsmanship by student-athletes, coaches and spectators. We request your cooperation by supporting the participants in a positive manner. Profanity, racial, sexist or homophobic comments or other intimidating actions directed at officials, student-athletes are grounds for removal from the site of competition and other disciplinary actions.

Illegal or irresponsible use of alcohol or drugs, hazing, intimidating or violent actions, and racist, sexist, or homophobic words or actions will not be tolerated and are grounds for removal from Blackstock Stadium and/or DePauw University property.  The University, and our athletics department, does not condone or tolerate any inappropriate conduct, whether by students, employees or guests, based on a person's race, sex, color, creed, religion, age, national origin, sexual orientation, veteran status, gender identity, gender expression, disability, or any category protected under federal, state or local law.

General Parking Information

NEW FOR 2017:  Please be advised that Washington Street, between Jackson Street and Indiana Street will be closed on Saturday, November 11, approximately 11am-11:30am for the annual Veterans Day Program.  

Please only park in marked spaces, designated for parking.  All lots open at 9am on Saturday, November 11.  There is no overnight parking in any lots.

The Blackstock and Peeler parking lots are designated for DePauw tailgating; the cost is $10 per car.  Due to space limitations, there are no RVs permitted in this lot.  Individuals who purchase tickets will receive an email on October 17 with instructions to purchase parking.  If space is available on Saturday, November 11, the remaining spaces will be available to the general public at 10am at the cost of $10 per car.  Information on tailgating can be found at  http://www.depauwtigers.com/information/tailgating.

The Olive Street lot is designated for DePauw tailgating and guests who chose to travel in RVs, buses and other oversized vehicles; the cost is $50 per vehicle and there is an eight (8) minimum to purchase space in the Olive Street lot.  You may purchase RV parking (only 24 spots are available) when you purchase tickets.  Information on tailgating can be found at http://www.depauwtigers.com/information/tailgating.

The Olin lot (Larrabee and Indiana Streets) is designated for Wabash tailgating.  This lot is first come, first served and opens at 8am on Saturday, November 11.  Information on general tailgating guidelines can be found at http://www.depauwtigers.com/information/tailgating.

All handicap parking is located in the Julian lot (southeast corner of W. Hanna and S. Indiana Streets).  There will be golf cart shuttles available for individuals needing assistance to the gate.
